The food and hospitality were exceptional.I must have been a difficult customer with many food dislikes and allergies, but they handled it all without a hint of annoyance, which made me very happy.Every dish was elegantly seasoned, featuring ingredients from Ehime Prefecture, and I enjoyed them immensely. The presentation was also impressive, truly reflecting a high level of skill, and my friend who joined me was equally moved.Thank you to the chef and the staff for a wonderful experience. It was a great meal!
