I came to this hard-to-book restaurant in Osaka based on the hype.Here are my honest impressions:• The meat quality is indeed good, but I didn’t feel it was exceptionally high.• Most importantly, the cost performance isn’t great. Despite having a wide variety of horumon, it’s hard to justify prices over JPY 20,000 (unless there’s a skilled grill master).The tantanmen in the photo had a nice firm texture and was delicious.I plan to revisit, mainly to bring friends who enjoy the allure of hard-to-book restaurants.
