Although they don’t usually serve unadon, it seems they offer it occasionally through Instagram announcements.The eel is grilled over charcoal, finely sliced, and served on a large rice bowl, which left me feeling quite full. The skin was crispy while the flesh was tender and fluffy. I was amazed at how fluffy it could be when grilled this way.
