He has been managing the Asagaya location for a few years now and changed the name to "Shunsuke" in 2020. Despite being known for its high cost-performance, this restaurant has gradually raised its prices due to recent inflation. Even so, it’s incredible to enjoy a course meal with good Japanese sake at this price. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) warms up your stomach and raises your expectations right from the start. The appetizers are a delightful lineup for sake lovers, making it the best! The nigiri sushi is on par with that of his mentor, and personally, I think it surpasses Namba. This is definitely one of the places I want to keep coming back to.
