They use only high-quality Akita beef, focusing on a perfect balance of lean and fatty cuts, all served at a great price thanks to meticulous temperature control. I visited for lunch and ordered the popular Outside Skirt Lunch. It comes with kimchi, salad, rice, and soup. The meat is cut perfectly, providing a satisfying bite! You can enjoy it with sauce or wasabi and table salt, but personally, I preferred it with wasabi and salt.
