I was taken to a renowned Japanese restaurant in Kyoto, Oryori Hayashi, which is considered the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine. The dishes truly highlight the flavors of the ingredients, leaving me in awe. I felt as though I had taken several steps up the ladder of adulthood. It was a wonderful experience that made me appreciate why Japanese sake originated in Japan and how perfectly it complements the cuisine.
