I wanted to visit Les Saisons, a grand maison, for my mother's birthday.Located on the mezzanine level of the Imperial Hotel, the atmosphere of this upscale restaurant is delightful. The dishes beautifully incorporate seasonal Japanese ingredients, blending French and Japanese culinary styles. Each plate is packed with flavor, providing a high level of satisfaction with every bite, allowing you to enjoy a variety of tastes. One of the dishes featured eel, with a crispy skin that paired perfectly with the sauce, spreading flavor in my mouth. I usually don’t eat myoga (Japanese ginger), but I found it delicious here. Although I’m not typically a fan of eel, it was incredibly tasty. I was amazed at how much the seasoning and combinations could change the experience. The meat is sourced from partners in the Kanto and Tohoku regions, featuring fresh cuts prepared that day. I had it cooked medium-rare, which allowed me to fully savor the meat's richness and sweetness. The peach soufflé was light and not overly sweet, with a perfect balance when paired with the balsamic vinegar ice cream, creating an exquisite flavor experience. The baked goods and chocolates were also delicious, making it hard to resist finishing them all.The portion sizes were generous, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The attentive service made me feel truly welcomed, providing a luxurious dining experience. It was a great meal! ◎
