Despite making a reservation two months in advance, I was informed that they couldn't secure a Chateaubriand course for two people. I found it quite puzzling, but I received a final suggestion to check again on the day of my visit.As expected, they confirmed that the special Matsukatsu (Chateaubriand) was unavailable, so I reluctantly opted for the Matsukatsu course instead.While the meat was undoubtedly delicious, it didn't leave me feeling particularly impressed. I was quite disappointed, to be honest.Next time, I might try Gyugin instead...
