I arrived at 17:39 and found three groups ahead of me, but I managed to secure a spot at the counter. After 8 months, the fresh meat filled my mouth with happiness. I started with a medium bottle of Suntory draft beer and then switched to shochu. I seemed to have drunk quite a bit and ended up feeling tipsy. By the time the simmered dish arrived, I was already full, and after 20:30, I felt completely satisfied.It was a great meal.
