I made a reservation and visited on a holiday afternoon. I had wanted to come here for a while, but the location was a bit difficult to access, so I finally made it.I ordered the Hamburger Steak Lunch (JPY 3,850).First, I had the baked potato with butter. The warm potato and butter were, of course, delicious.Next came the soup and salad, and finally, the main event: the hamburger steak.As I cut into it, I was surprised by its firm texture. Even though it wasn't coarsely ground, it had a meaty richness that I had never experienced before. It was incredibly tasty. The demi-glace sauce complemented the meat perfectly without overpowering it, achieving just the right balance.In the end, I finished everything with a spoon, savoring every bit of the demi-glace and egg. It was absolutely delicious.Next time, I'm curious about trying the steak as well. It was a great meal!
