I made a lunch reservation through Tabelog and visited the restaurant. I arrived about 10 minutes before opening, and I was warmly welcomed inside, which left a great impression from the start. The restaurant was bustling with staff in both the kitchen and dining area, showing a lively atmosphere and attentive service. While it’s not extremely difficult to get a reservation, the restaurant was nearly full on the day of my visit, reflecting its strong popularity. Here, you can enjoy innovative French cuisine that makes the most of the rich ingredients from Ehime Prefecture, the chef's hometown. The use of high-quality Imabari towels as napkins on the table and other thoughtful touches showcase a deep love for the local culture, heightening my anticipation even before the meal began. Each dish served was as beautiful as a painting, not only visually stunning but also delicately flavored and exquisite. I opted for the short lunch course this time, and each plate was highly satisfying, leaving me more than full.Additionally, I enjoyed casual conversations with the chef and staff over the counter, making for a comfortable experience in a refined setting without feeling too formal. It was a wonderful restaurant where I could fully appreciate the greatness of Ehime's ingredients and the chef's warm worldview.
