I've been to Nihonbashi many times, but this is my first visit to Azabudai Hills. The counter has 10 seats, and the team consists of a chef, an assistant, and a waiter/sommelier, creating an intimate atmosphere. The course features 9 dishes, many of which use relatively low-cost ingredients, clearly differentiating it from Nihonbashi in terms of cost performance.- Chilled Tomato Pasta with Gazpacho- Charcoal-Grilled Manakatsu with cucumbers and onions dressed in vinegar- Bocadillo (Burger) with rare meat- White Fig topped with Garlic Sauce- Homemade Smoked Fish on Bread- Croquettes filled with Creamy Corn- Escabeche with Fried Sweetfish- Charcoal-Grilled Hinai Chicken- Aloso-Caldoso, a broth made from eel, fish, and clams- Octopus Paella- Crema Catalana topped with Goat Ice Cream.
