I was impressed by the course menu last time, so this time I wanted to expand my options with a la carte!Unfortunately, the premium liver was sold out, but they had the special tongue instead of the premium tongue!- Premium Tongue: 2 servings - Special Outside Skirt: 2 servings - Special Hanging Tender: 2 servings - Shimachou: 2 servings - Shibire: 1 serving - Maruchou: 2 servings - Cold Noodles: 1 serving There were three of us, and the portions were quite large. I think one serving each of Shimachou and Maruchou would have been enough. I felt quite full, but the cold noodles were refreshing to finish off the meal.Next time, I’ll aim for the course menu!
