This restaurant is extremely popular, and I had been very interested in it for a long time. However, I had heard that the portions were quite large, making it feel a bit intimidating for me.The moment I tasted the finely crafted soup, I felt a sense of joy, realizing, "Ah, this is Ao."As a seafood lover, I was truly happy to enjoy both shrimp and crab. The bisque was particularly impressive, making me want to have it again, and the hairy crab risotto was simply outstanding. The onion mousse was also delightful, and knowing the effort the chef put into it made me appreciate the flavor even more. For the main course, I had the Chateaubriand from Sakakiyama beef, perfectly cooked to perfection, making it an incredibly luxurious dish. The dessert, made with Japanese cacao and jelly, brought back memories of my previous visit to Aogashi, allowing me to savor the happiness until the very end.I also enjoyed a home café experience with the canelé and cream puff I took home, which were both delicious. It was a great meal.
