I had lunch at LATURE in Omotesando.The calm atmosphere and attentive service allowed me to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's dedication to seasonal ingredients.What stood out the most was the venison dish. When I think of game meat, I often imagine a strong odor or distinct flavor, but this dish was surprisingly refined and elegant, without the typical gamey taste. The meat was tender, and the umami flavor expanded with each bite, highlighting the quality of the ingredients and the chef's skill. It was one of the most memorable venison dishes I have ever had.Throughout the course, the restaurant maximized the appeal of the ingredients, delivering high satisfaction in appearance, aroma, and taste. I highly recommend this place not only for game lovers but also for those who don’t usually eat it.It was a wonderful restaurant that I would love to visit for special occasions. It was a great meal!
