I visited Yakitori Taniguchi, one of the top 100 yakitori restaurants, located in Mukonoso, Amagasaki. I heard from a friend that it was delicious, so I quickly made a reservation and went there.The yakitori course was JPY 13,200, and they had about 10 varieties of Japanese sake available.We started with chicken sashimi, and the liver sashimi was particularly delicious. The yakitori was exceptionally tender, and the chicken fat was incredibly juicy, bursting with flavor in every bite. The tsukune (chicken meatballs) were also soft and tasty. The grilled chicken breast with wasabi was cooked to perfection and absolutely delightful.
