Please be very careful!!When you first arrive, they ask whether you prefer a private room with a 10% surcharge or a regular seat, but despite informing them that you want to be seated quickly regardless of the option, they seated several groups who arrived after me in the regular area. I find that unacceptable in terms of service. Everyone, please be cautious when stating your preference for a private room; you might end up being seated later instead!Additionally, even though they took our orders promptly, we ended up waiting about 30 minutes inside the restaurant, making it a total of an hour and a half before we could eat. When you're that hungry, food tends to taste better.The food was delicious, but considering the price of JPY 8000, I expected it to be worth it. I think it’s only natural for it to be good at that price. There are two well-known eel restaurants in Odawara City that offer much better value and atmosphere, so I plan to go there in the future.The staff were generally friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere.
