This restaurant is only open a few days a year, yet it attracts gourmet customers from all over the country. I was fortunate to be invited to experience this precious dining opportunity.From the first dish to the last dessert, the deliciousness was nonstop! ✨I was constantly amazed at how incredibly tasty the sushi was.The beer and Japanese sake we had were also delightful! ♪Chef Hisada was friendly and charming, creating a very comfortable atmosphere.I can confidently say that it’s worth the trip to Okayama!
