[My Long-Awaited Second Visit to Soshi]After about six months, I finally had the chance to visit the renowned Soshi in Hiroshima again. I brought along a friend who loves fish. From start to finish, it was an emotional experience—everything was incredibly delicious, and it made me want to work hard just for moments like this. I really want to come back somehow... haha.
