I finally visited Suzaki Shokuryohin Ten. I arrived before 9:00 AM, but there was already a long line. As expected from such a famous restaurant, I waited for nearly an hour. I ordered the large hot udon with a raw egg, along with tempura chikuwa and kakiage as toppings. Wow, the udon here is truly impressive! Even though it was served hot, it had a great chewiness and the flavor of the wheat really stood out. The fried items were also piping hot and crispy, making them delicious as well. I will definitely be coming back. It was a great meal!
