I enjoyed the GOURMAND course.Choosing from around 800 types of wine on the menu seemed overwhelming, so I opted for a pairing instead. While the prices are certainly not budget-friendly, I was surprised to see the restaurant fully booked. As a long-established grand maison, the service was exceptional, with the staff lined up in the dining area, which made for a slightly tense dining experience.I was able to savor my meal over a leisurely three-hour stay.Starting with the signature dish, consomme jelly, the overall seasoning was gentle and delicate, leaving me curious about the subtle sauces used—it was truly delicious. The cheese cart allowed me to select a few varieties, which paired wonderfully with the wine.I felt a sense of bliss while enjoying the elegant atmosphere.I also thought that ordering a few a la carte dishes to enjoy with wine would be a great option.
