I had lunch at Ranmaru for the first time in a while. This time, the second chef prepared the course, which focuses mainly on sushi, unlike the dinner menu. On this day, I enjoyed the delicious Donchicchi horse mackerel, which was rich in flavor and truly delightful. Lunch is very popular, making it hard to get a reservation, but I definitely want to visit again.
