I regularly visit Sushi Yasumitsu, a wonderful restaurant where I can enjoy seasonal specialties. On this day, the special dishes were akagai (red clam) and gas shrimp. It's quite rare to have gas shrimp in Tokyo, making it a valuable experience. The sweetness and texture were outstanding. The other ingredients were also fantastic, and I had a delightful time.
