For a special dinner, I visited a renowned modern French restaurant filled with surprises and delights in every dish. From the very beginning, I was captivated by the amuse-bouche of white fish elegantly arranged in a circle with a beautiful green sauce, resembling a work of art. Next came a stunning dish served in a clam shell, beautifully presented, and a rich cold pasta lavishly adorned with sea urchin, showcasing the exquisite flavors of seafood. The highlight of the meal was the perfectly cooked game meat (venison), which was moist and tender, pairing wonderfully with a deep, flavorful sauce. From the beautifully layered pâté en croûte to the crispy gratin, and even the intricately designed desserts and macarons, this course allowed me to fully appreciate the chef's exceptional aesthetic sensibility through all five senses.
