I made a reservation by phone in March for dinner at Yakitori Omino. I visited this place for the first time in 2019 and had the best yakitori of my life, so this is my second visit. The dining experience is primarily omakase, where you enjoy the dishes served to you. You simply let them know when you’re full. I savored each skewer, which was grilled to perfection. The first skewer had a nice saltiness, and from there, the seasoning highlighted the natural flavors of the ingredients. Every skewer was delicious, and I was in pure bliss. Eventually, I reached my limit and called it a night. Once again, it was the best yakitori of my life. Thank you!
