My first experience with Michelin-starred tempura.I felt a bit nervous at the counter, but the smiles from the staff helped me relax. The tempura started with shrimp, followed by seasonal fish, vegetables, and meat.We toasted with beer, then moved on to white wine and red wine.Even as someone who isn't used to authentic tempura courses,I could clearly taste the difference in quality and flavor. It's a high-end Michelin restaurant, and while I may not be able to visit often,I definitely want to make this place a regular spot.It was a great meal!
