I made a reservation in advance and visited the restaurant. I enjoyed a course meal with small pairings. The dishes were expertly prepared to highlight the delicious ingredients from Shimane, and it was truly impressive. I had a wonderful time in a comfortable atmosphere. It was a great meal!
