I made a reservation in advance and visited the restaurant.I enjoyed a course meal.It was a delightful experience to savor carefully selected meats in small portions.This place is a must-visit for meat lovers.It was a great meal.What I had:Kimchi, Sliced Beef Tripe, Ishigaki Beef Tataki, Shiga Prefecture Beef Yukhoe, A5 Wagyu Beef Tongue, Sendai Beef Outside Skirt, Ishigaki Beef Top Sirloin, Shima Chou, Senmai, and Sagara.
