I made a reservation about a week ago and visited the restaurant.I enjoyed a course meal featuring the flavorful Hyuga Akadori chicken.The side dishes were also of high quality, making me want to return.It was a great meal!Here’s what I had:Skewers:Chicken breast, negima (chicken and green onion), sunagimo (chicken gizzard), bonjiri (chicken tail), akadori (red chicken), tsukune (chicken meatball), and teba (chicken wing).Other dishes:White liver pâté, chicken breast marinated with kombu, chicken and avocado tartare, chilled steamed egg custard with seasonal vegetables, yuba tofu, fruit tomatoes, asparagus, chicken soup, and oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl).
