I was finally able to make a reservation and visit the restaurant.The chilled taraba crab chawanmushi was rich and delicious.The fried tuna brain was absolutely tasty.The sashimi of sea bream and octopus from Akashi was good, although I didn’t really notice the jelly and sea urchin.Skipping ahead, the tatsuta-age (fried chicken) with corn was delicious.The stir-fried vegetables with surf clams were flavorful and tasty.The yakitori was excellent! The chef highly recommended it.The Hida beef tenderloin was the best I’ve had this year.The chirashi sushi with fatty tuna was truly exceptional.Thank you for the wonderful meal.I will definitely come back.
