I finally got to visit this place, which I've been looking forward to. Although I had a reservation for 8:30 PM, it was, of course, fully booked. The first half of the meal featured a variety of appetizers, mainly aged sashimi, which was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed around 10 types, including sea bream, octopus, and salmon roe, and the ankimo (monkfish liver) was simply outstanding. In the second half, I was treated to sushi, including my favorite blue fish, as well as clams, sea urchin, eel, and medium fatty tuna. Each piece was exquisite, and I was truly impressed by the chef's exceptional skills. The red miso soup was also great. I had a wonderful meal. Thank you for the feast, and I will definitely come back!
