The taste is truly exceptional.First of all, the selection of drinks is fantastic!They have craft beer, and all the Japanese sake is delicious.And the appetizers before the soba are simply wonderful—pure bliss.Especially the duck roast.It was the best duck I've ever had.The soba is also top-notch.Since the soba itself is so good, I enjoyed it with just a sprinkle of salt.The herring soba is incredibly tasty as well.
