The three dishes I particularly enjoyed were excellent.The wine and liqueurs were also delicious, and I could sense the attention to detail with the unique selections.However, I was disappointed with the specialty dish I had been looking forward to, as it wasn't to my taste.I prefer my kohada (young gizzard shad) rare.Also, the overall flavor might be a bit salty?The atmosphere was outstanding.
