This was my second visit to Kaoru HIROO.Once again, the course was a delightful experience with interesting combinations from start to finish.One dish that particularly stood out was the one featuring eel. The savory eel paired beautifully with the sweetness of the vegetables, and I absolutely loved it. The other dishes also had surprising ingredient combinations, yet they were well-balanced and delicious.The highlight of the meal was definitely the Hida beef. It might just be the best beef I've ever had; I couldn't help but smile the moment I took a bite. It was so good that I even felt a bit embarrassed by how much I enjoyed it (laughs).I thoroughly enjoyed the dessert as well, and even though it was my second visit, this time left an even stronger impression. I definitely want to come back again.
