After being invited for a long time, I finally made it here on my long-awaited visit.Although the restaurant's name includes "Tori" (bird), it mainly serves pork offal.I started with the liver, followed by shiro (pork intestines), tan moto (pork tongue), tsukune (meatballs), and stuffed peppers...The stuffed peppers are filled with history, tradition, and trust!Everything was delicious. Too delicious!I was told to come with an empty stomach, and while I thought I had prepared well, it turned out I underestimated my appetite...If I get the chance to come back, I will definitely adjust my eating strategy based on this experience.It was a great meal!
