I enjoyed the Omakase Course featuring game meat. The meal was a unique experience, starting with grilled sweetfish and flowing into dishes of pheasant and Ezo deer. There was no gamey taste at all; instead, the aroma of charcoal and the perfect cooking brought out the sweetness of the meat, which was truly surprising. The live atmosphere of being able to see the grilling station added to the enjoyment, and the portion size was quite filling. This is a luxurious spot where you can savor authentic game meat right in the city.
