Each dish shone like a star, creating a continuous sense of wonder from start to finish. One standout was the risotto made with Hokkaido sea urchin and Okinawan sea grapes. It was a luxurious plate that took me on a journey from the north to the south of Japan, with its rich, creamy flavors complemented by delightful textures and aromas. The thick sole fish was paired with Robuchon’s homemade pickled plum and beautifully crafted cucumber, adding a refreshing summer accent. For the main course, the beef fillet, foie gras, and truffle created a blissful marriage of flavors. The beef fillet was astonishingly delicate and tender, while the foie gras was rich yet light, and the sauce harmoniously layered on top. From dessert to the cheese cart, it was a dreamlike and blissful experience.Today, we enjoyed Burgundy "Chambolle-Musigny" and Bordeaux "Château Montrose."
