On this early summer day, the appetizers featuring shellfish were particularly impressive. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the cooking and seasoning were exquisite, making the drinks flow effortlessly.Each piece of sushi was of high quality, with a wonderful harmony between the fish and rice. The progression from the middle to the end of the course was delightful, and before I knew it, the meal had come to an end.This restaurant is known for being hard to book, but after visiting, I completely understand why. It was a highly satisfying experience that truly allowed me to enjoy the seasonal flavors.
