What particularly impressed me this time were the鬼鯵 (Oni Aji) sushi rolls and the crab soup.The sushi rolls made with the magnificent Oni Aji, which is in season right now, had a rich flavor that left a lasting impression.The crab soup was also outstanding, with a wonderful balance between the sweetness of the crab and the dashi broth, making it a dish I would love to have again.I also enjoyed the shark fin, prepared in a traditional Japanese style, which was very delicious.I was able to savor each dish that highlighted seasonal ingredients, and I was very satisfied with this visit.I look forward to my next visit!
