The course starting with rice cooked over a wood fire was absolutely exquisite.Each dish maximized the flavors of the ingredients, and they presented unique and refined plates made with ingredients they personally foraged from the mountains.In Kyotango City, known for its rich seafood and mountain produce, I believe there is no other restaurant that showcases the best of both worlds quite like this one.I look forward to visiting again.
