I participated at Mine. They mentioned they had gathered matsutake mushrooms from Mount Fuji, and I was able to order them as an option. I brought my own alcohol (I'm not sure if the main branch allows this). The flavors suited my palate perfectly, and I enjoyed my drinks immensely. If it were closer, I would definitely visit this place regularly.
