I visited Sushi Arai for a sushi lunch in Ginza.As summer approaches, the sushi has taken on a more seasonal flair, offering a different charm compared to winter. The shellfish was Aoyagi, and we enjoyed two pieces of medium fatty tuna. There was a noticeable change in the presentation as well. Since it was a bit chilly, they adapted by serving warm dishes first, which I thought was impressive. Dining here provides a delightful balance of excitement and delicious sushi, truly embodying the essence of Ginza. I heard that the head chef tends to be away during the summer, but I hope the apprentices will work together to keep up the great quality. I’m looking forward to it!It was a great meal.
