Every day, they put in the effort to serve their customers without cutting corners. I truly admire that.- Appetizer Set - Grilled Tenderloin and Liver - Grilled Eel - White Grilled Eel - Pickles - Salad - Clear Soup - Unaju (Grilled Eel over Rice)The unaju, with the bones removed, features wonderful rice and sauce. Everything is meticulously prepared, taking into account the timing to create dishes tailored for each customer. It's not just about being delicious; it’s an experience. Every encounter is unique. I want to keep coming back to see the chef and the owner.It was a great meal.
