I visited Yamasaki for early summer Japanese cuisine.The restaurant has a cozy counter with 10 seats, and the staff is lively, which is quite pleasant to watch.- Grilled Torigai (bird shellfish)- Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) with seasonal beans- Crab Soup- Grilled Sweetfish with Salt- Kuzu Noodles with Tomato Sauce- Fried Sawara (Spanish mackerel)- Grilled Duck- Rice- DessertOnce again, it was wonderful. The new dishes were not only playful but also delicious.I look forward to my next visit in autumn.It was a great meal!
