This Italian restaurant is located about a 10-minute drive from Omagari Station. Each table is adorned with a large glass vase filled with fresh flowers, creating a calm yet vibrant atmosphere in the dining area.I ordered a lunch course that included a main dish. The appetizers featured delicious vegetables! I enjoyed microgreens and locally sourced produce, seasoned perfectly from the start.Of course, it wasn't just the appetizers; the pasta, main course, and dessert were all well-supported by the vegetables, making me want to eat them again soon. The linguine with 'nduja sauce was a flavor I had never experienced before, and I found myself hooked. The dessert, an eggplant pudding, was remarkable with its intense tomato jelly flavor that paired beautifully with the roasted eggplant. While it’s not the cheapest option, and living far away makes it hard to visit often, I feel compelled to return in a different season to try other vegetables. Thanks to the friendly and attentive service from the staff, I felt comfortable and was able to fully appreciate the dishes.I definitely want to come back!
