I happened to find an available slot on the website and made a reservation. Finally, I got to visit Tempura Kondo!Lunch lasted for an hour and a half.I added sweet potatoes from July to my course. The tempura of green peppers was my first experience, and it was sweet and delicious. At the end, they served rice and miso soup. Although I still had some miso soup and a little rice left, I couldn’t say I wasn’t finished when they asked if they could take it away.Due to the time limit, they started clearing the tables quickly, and other customers were coming in for the next round. It wasn’t suitable for someone like me who eats slowly, as there was always a staff member hovering around. The tempura was delicious. The anago (conger eel) served at the end was crispy, but I didn’t really taste the anago flavor.I personally prefer fluffy anago, so I think preferences may vary.
