This restaurant ranks among the top three for Japanese cuisine (I can't choose a specific order!). Every dish was perfectly seasoned, showcasing meticulous preparation and a true dedication to the craft. I know this sounds a bit abstract, but it was absolutely fantastic! They also offer a wide selection of Masuizumi sake, allowing you to enjoy various collaborations with different barrels.
