It truly lives up to its reputation as a signature dish! The second piece, the Millefeuille Katsu, was also tender, but personally, I would have preferred a bit more of the layered texture and cohesion typical of a millefeuille.Although it had been a long time since my last visit, I didn’t feel the same level of excitement as before, possibly due to the price increase and my more refined palate.That said, it remains a popular restaurant, and I look forward to seeing how it evolves in the future.It was a great meal!◆ Tonkatsu Set Meal with Two Pieces ◇JPY 8,500, tax included- Salmon Cream Cracker- Shaburi-an Includes two small side dishes, tonjiru (pork miso soup), and salad.- Millefeuille Katsu Served with potato salad, salad, and chili sauce.- Yuzu Sorbet Ice and Hojicha (roasted green tea)
