Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Apicius, thanks to an invitation from someone.I have nothing but praise for this esteemed establishment.It truly feels like a place for the wealthy.Upon entering, I was transported to an entirely different world. The cuisine is top-notch, but if I had to highlight anything, the main dish featuring pan-seared sea bream and the dessert with pistachio were absolutely exquisite.It had been about 35 years since I was last here, brought by my parents for etiquette lessons during my childhood. I was surprised to find it had a somewhat hidden, cozy atmosphere, which made me realize just how small I was back then.
