How many times have I visited this place? Chef Sumoto and Madame, who have turned down offers from media like "Jounetsu Tairiku" and even Michelin, are quite confident. They don’t plan to open branches in Tokyo, Osaka, or overseas. Fukuoka now has a second location, but that’s understandable. Starting from a small apartment in Nakagawa Ward, Chef Sumoto said, "It was the people of Nagoya who supported me during tough times." They truly value connections and obligations, cherishing the invisible bonds and people. Of course, the food is exceptional, but I want everyone to know about their wonderful personalities as well. This is a special treat I indulge in a few times a year. I don’t want to spoil it, so I won’t share any photos of the dishes from this restaurant. Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was a great meal.
